Refund Policy

At medhoco, we prioritize customer satisfaction and strive to provide high-quality services. If you are not completely satisfied with your booking, our refund policy outlines the conditions under which refunds are applicable.

In case of non-providing of services by doctor as agreed by both party for a particular time and date, we will refund the complete amount as paid by the hospital.

To request a refund: Contact our customer support team at admin@medhoco.com, within 03 days of making payment. We will check and process your request.

If any refunds are approved, we will initiate the refund and it will be credited to your original payment method within 3-4 business days. For further information or any queries please reach out us on admin@medhoco.com
