Refund Policy

At medhoco, we prioritize customer satisfaction and strive to provide high-quality services. If you are not completely satisfied with your booking, our refund policy outlines the conditions under which refunds are applicable.

In case of non-providing of services by doctor as agreed by both party for a particular time and date, we will refund the complete amount as paid by the hospital.

To request a refund: Contact our customer support team at admin@medhoco.com, within 03 days of making payment. We will check and process your request.

If any refunds are approved, we will initiate the refund within 2-3 business days and it will be credited to your original payment method within 3-4 business days. For further information or any queries please reach out us on admin@medhoco.com
